I saw this cake at one of the baking forum and the picture of the cake caught my attention. The color of the cake is in bright yellow that looked so delicious. Since I have almost a full packet of custard powder left after making the mooncakes, I decided to give the recipe a try.
Verdict?
The cake is very dry and loose, not sure is it I have overbaked the cake or this is the texture of the cake. As I personally do not like the texture of the cake, thus I will not post the recipe.
