Non Bake Oreo Cheesecake II

Well, I need to make another birthday cake so soon after the previous one because my dearest friend E’s birthday is same month as my dear husband, one at beginning of the month and one at end of the month. Without any hesitation, I made this Non Bake Oreo Cheesecake for E since I am sure that she will definitely like it. We have similar taste bug, that is why we always enjoy exploring food during our oversea trip together. Even just a simple bread but if is yummy will make us super satisfy and happy for the rest of the day. I truely enjoy her accompany and she is one of the best companion for travelling.

Again, my pipping skill is a failure but luckily E said the cake was well made and she thought was store bought (so kind of her).

Recipe is same as the previous cake only with some modification for 6” cake tin.
