I almost forgot to post today, too much errands to run, too much things to settle.
Ingredients :
12 chicken wing
Seasoning :
6 tbsp fish sauce
12 tbsp sugar
9 tbsp water
3 tbsp minced spring onion
6 tsp coconut powder
3 tsp curry powder
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp pepper
3 tsp minced onion
Method :
1. Mixed well the seasoning in a big bowl.
2, Put the chicken wings into the seasoning bowl, rub the seasoning thoroughly onto the chicken wings.
3, Cling wrap the bowl and chill for min. 3 hours or overnight.
4. Display the chicken on the wire rack and bake in preheated oven at 200C for 25-30 mins or until golden brown, turn the chicken wings once every 15 mins.
5. Cook the marinated sauce in a small pot with low heat until boil, remove from heat when the marinated sauce turn thick. Drizzle the cooked sauce on the baked chicken wings and serve.
Verdict?
I forgot to drizzle the marinated sauce, eat the chicken wings plain and still very tasty, although dear husband suggested to marinate overnight will be better.
