Horlick Cupcakes







These cupcakes were prepared for Christmas give-way. Instead of steam the cupcakes, I baked them instead.

Ingredients A (for 9 cupcakes, about 5cm base)
100g butter
50g brown sugar 
50g condense milk
100g milk

100g horlick

Ingredients B (Beat well)
2 eggs (100g)
1/4 tsp homemade vanilla extract


Ingredients C (Sieved)
100g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder


Method:
1) Place all Ingredients A in a small pot, stir cook over low flame till sugar melted, switch off flame, leave to cool
2) Mix well with Ingredients B


3) Stir in Ingredients C till well incorporated to form batter


4) Pour batter into prepared paper cup in mould, ¾ full


5) Bake at pre-heated oven at 180C for 15-18 mins
