Horlick Doggy Cookies

I have seen this doggy cookies long times ago when I just started blogging, but I didn't touch on it as I always think that cookies baking is very time consuming lol.

Love looking at these doggy cookies with all kind of expressions, so cute!

Ingredients: yield about 75 cookies, each about 10g

250g butter

120g horlick

40g corn flour

40g milk powder

250 cake flour

30g caster sugar

1 egg yolk

Method:

Beat butter and sugar till creamy

Add in egg yolk

Add in Horlick, flour and milk powder, and mix well (don't over mix)

Weight dough at 10g each and shape into small round ball, decorate the cookie dough 

Bake at pre-heat oven for 25mins at 150c

Decorate the cookie dough with :

Ear- Nestle KoKo Krunch

Nose- chocolate chips

Eyes- chocolate rice

Notes : Store the cookies immediately in the airtight container once turn cool, so that the cookie will not turn soggy.

Verdict?

These cookies not only looks cute, the taste is really delicious and addictive. One of my friend who tried the cookies, ask me every year to bake for her lol.
