Minion Birthday Cake
Times Flies, I did not blog for such a long period.
Just settled down from the struggling of working from home with kids around. Since I have saved a lot of times from the travelling to & fro office, and I have stopped baking and cooking for quite sometimes as well, so just take this opportunity to do some baking and cooking for family.
When I was looking for recipes, I realized there are a lot of my baking and cooking not upload to the blog. Thus perhaps I should steal some of the times to upload to the blog in this 2 weeks, hope I am able to achieve this goal.
This cake was made in 2015 for 1 of dear son's birthday celebration in his kindergarten.
This cake was made up of one 8" square pan and one 8" x 5" rectangle pan. I can't remember I used which recipe to bake the cakes lol.
Butter Cream for Filling :
600g unsalted butter
250g icing sugar
150g couverture chocolate for 1/2 portion of the butter cream
Whipped Cream for Exterior Deco:
300g non dairy whipping cream
50g icing sugar (the more the stable the whipped cream)
