Recipe adapted from Feng Ying Recipe
Ingredients A
20g sago, washed, soak for 15 mins
Ingredients B
250g water
35g sugar
Ingredients C
300g mango flesh, blended
Ingredients D
75g fresh milk or mango yogurt juice/smoothie
75 mango juice (packet)
Ingredients E
Adequate canned logan
Ingredients F
Adequate mango ice cream
Method:
1) Cook Ingredients B over high heat, stir until sugar dissolves
2) Add sago, stir for 1 min. till transparent, remove and leave to cool
3) Combine Ingredients C & D and strain it
4) Pour in cooled sago and canned logan and mix well, chill in the
fridge for 1 hour, pour into glass, top with 1 scoop of mango ice cream and serve
