One Proofing Raisins Soft Milk Bread Loaf 牛奶软吐司(一次发酵法)

Recipe adapted from 随随鱼

Ingredients :
250g bread flour
40g sugar
15g milk powder
3g instant yeast
3g salt
1 egg
100g milk

25g butter

  1. Mix all the ingredients except butter knead until smooth dough.
  2. Add in butter, knead until reach window pane stage.
  3. Place the dough on a floured surface, divide to equal portions and roll into balls, set aside and rest for 10 mins,
  4. Shaped the dough, wrap with desire filling and place in the greased baking pan.
  5. Spray with some water and let to proof until double in size, about 50-60 mins
  6. Brush some egg wash on top and bake in 170C preheated oven until golden, about 15-20 mins.
  7. Remove from oven and place on the wire rack to cool down.
