Raisins Butter Cake

Recipe modified from Yen Happy Baking

Ingredients :
100g butter
60g icing sugar
2 eggs
90g self raising flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
Adequate raisins

  1. Cream butter and sugar till pale and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at time, beat well after each addition.
  3. Add in vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add in flour and mix at low speed till well blended.
  5. Stir in raisins, mix well.
  6. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan and bake at 180C for 35 - 45 minutes or till cooked.
