Stir Fry White Mushroom
I am very down recently, greatly affected by this super sad news that making me cried for a few days, feel so heartaching, can't sleep well at night. Someone who close to me, diagnose that has a small lump in the lung, 60-80% chance to be cancer, still need to go through a lot of test to get the final result. Now praying so hard that the result will not be so bad :(........
I actually bought this white mushroom to cook mee hoon soup for weekend lunch. However there were too much ingredients added in the mee hoon soup that I decided to leave out white mushroom. Instead I cooked it for dinner, just ching chai stir fry it with no precise measurement. Just post this up to join in the Little Thumb Up event.
200g white mushrooms (sliced)
1. Saute garlic until garlic is fragrant.
2. Add mushrooms, add in seasoning and quickly sauted.
3. Add in dried parsley and mix well.
4. Dish and serve.

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news. Hopefully the result would not be as bad.
Your mushroom stir-fry dish is simple and yet sounds so flavourful. I love eating simple stir-fries veggies dishes like this.
Thank you for linking to LTU.
Hope you have a relax week, pray hard and be positive.

Thanks SSB for your prayer, I really need it!Delete
Jess, I understand how you feel. When my father was diagnosed with cancer 12 years ago, I cried and cried and cried. My family and I are very blessed because after the operation and treatment, my father is still with us until today. Keep praying because that was what I did. I hope that your loved one's biopsy show negative for cancer. By the way, I love your simple stir fried mushrooms. It makes for a nice side dish.ReplyDelete
Thanks PH. This is such a gd news that your dad is still with you, wish we have the same luck too :DDelete
dont be sad jess, this is piece of parcel of our life, may god bless he/her to get well soonReplyDelete
Thanks Eileen. My husband told me the same thing, since is happened, we have to accept and stay positive and give support.Delete
Oh, just get a few more different opinions first, then see what's the doctor said. Hopefully it will just turn up to be a "good" lump, not the cancerous one, still a 20-40% chance. Sometimes, the doctors like to give the worst news so the patient has to prepare mentally. I'll also pray for your love one.ReplyDelete
Jessie, this is what I pray for, hope Dr giving the worst and we will getting the best and thanks for your prayer!Delete
