This is the one dish meal that I love to cook, moreover this is dear daughter's favourite, so not surprising that it will always appear on my dinning table lol. This is an easy and versatile dish, you can throw in any ingredients you like, the amount can be adjustable to your liking as well, same as the seasoning.
This is good for party as well, you can cook the spaghetti in advance and set aside, just pop into oven 10 mins before serving time. I ever cooked in the afternoon and baked it 10 mins before my dinner time.

Ingredients : serves 4
250g spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
4 garlics, chopped
1 and ½ cup pasta sauce
3tbsp olive oil

250g ground meat (beef / chicken / pork) - I prefer to use red meat as taste is better
200g white mushroom, sliced
2 chicken sausages
2 Taiwanese chicken sausages
2tbsp parmesan cheese powder
Some parsley flakes
salt, sugar and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic with olive oil till brown.

3. Add in white mushroom, stir fry for awhile.
4. Add in ground meat, stir fry for awhile.
5. Add in sausages, stir fry for awhile.
6. Add in pasta sauce and spaghetti water, continue to
cook for 10-15mins.
7. Add in seasonings, put cooked spaghetti into meat sauce, mix well (if sauce is dry, add some spaghetti water).
8. Turn off fire, sprinkle parmesan cheese powder and parsley flakes on top.
9. In a casserole dish, add in spaghetti with meat sauce, top with cheese.

7-10mins at 200c pre-heated oven.
11. Serve hot.
Verdict?
This is so delicious, well loved by everyone especially dear daughter and little kicker, I had cooked a few times as per their requested!

I love all sorts of baked pasta but have only used rice and penne and macaroni. Haven't tried using spaghetti to bake before , I shall give it a try soon!
