Roasted Char Siu Chicken Wings

8 chicken wings
6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee char siew sauce
1.5 tbsp cooking wine
3/4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
10 cloves of garlic
1. Use fork to poke many holes in the chicken wing, to allow the marinade to permeate the meat
2. Put all the ingredients in the bowl, mix well and apply onto the chicken wings. Marinated for at least 3 hours, best marinate overnight. (I did it for 4 hours)
3. Pre-heat over at 200C, bake for 25-30 mins. Brush the remaining sauce on the chicken wings once every 10 mins.
4. Once baking is done, remove chicken wings out from oven, cover loosely with foil, let stand for 15-20 mins before serving.
The chicken wing is quite tasty even I had only marinated for 4 hours, however it was a bit too salty, need to reduce the amount of salt.
